here is a post for all of you hip-hop heads and producers. now it's time to shake the dust off of your MPC's and assorted other beat-makers. the contest doesn't start until June 1st and on that day DJ Muggs will release an acapella track that you will be able to download straight from the Soul Assassins website. once you take that acapella that Muggs will release for download - it is your job to make a dope back-beat. from here - all of the submitted beats will be thrown up on the website to be voted on. votes help but won't decide your fate much like the SA crew will. all of your hard work will pay off once you receive the loot for winning the contest. the loot will include a Mackie D-2 Mixer, an Autographed Soul Assassins T-Shirt, 1 Soul Assassins Sticker Pack, and more. good luck!
