check out this sick new print by Shephard Fairey. this is definitely an interesting collaboration, as the original photo was taken by Glen E. Friedman. most of you are definitely too young to know who Glen Friedman is, let's just say that he is a classic photographer that i definitely look up to, and is someone who made a lot of what i find interesting possible. anyhow, this print will be available during February. sick.

i already posted this over at Soul Assassins HERE and i have already posted a few of the photos months back, but here is the flyer for the Vans x Estevan Oriol - ICONoclasts Photo Exhibit Opening being held on Thursday, December 11th from 7PM - 10PM. the show is being held at The Last Laugh and each person featured in the photos were invited. this show is being held in conjunction with the Los Angeles Downtown Art Walk, which is held every 2nd Thursday of every month. a silent auction will be held with benefits going to Skid Row's Midnight Mission. food, beverages, and music will be provided.this show will end through the end of the year.

MTA @ THE LA RIVER

almost exactly a year ago (November 14th 2007) marked the ending of SABER's 'World's Largest Graffiti" title. the piece pictured was done by the MTA crew and was said to be 3 times the size of Saber's. that's insane! it took Saber numerous days and nights to get up on his piece. oh shit!

CARTOON BOMB IN ITALY

my posts have been pretty graff heavy but this one is awesome. i saw this a little while back but i came across this hit today from MISTER CARTOON. yup, he can bomb walls too. that's cool to see him getting up for West Coast Artists (WCA) Angels Will Rise (AWR), The Seventh Letter Crew (T7L), and of course, Soul Assassins (SA). this piece was done in Milan, Italy. i see Risk tagged on there but i don't know if he got down too. SA ALL DAY!
