i found yet another rip off when i was out and about shopping with my girlfriend at a particular moto-cross/'bro' clothing brand store. i spotted what looked like La Coka Nostra's skull logo on a die-cut/vinyl sticker but with a different logo on front of the hat. the front of the hat had a 'COS' logo which stands for an Orange County based clothing brand called 'Code of Silence'. i asked the dude to pull it out and he got all suspicious when i was taking pictures of it. i was asked by Joshy at REBEL8 to take pics of a Mike Giant graphic that a similar company ripped off and i was asked to leave the store and never come back. i still visit the store every time in the area to see what infringement i can find.
i think it is totally fucked when brands out-right rip off logos and graphics. every since time i visit this particular store, they are promoting copyright infringed logos. i don't normally enjoy being a 'narc' but i respect a lot of these brands that are getting their shit ripped off and i don't hesitate to let the rightful owner of these images and copyrights know what is happening.
the 1st picture is the original logo created for LCN. the 2nd picture is the official ripped-off logo and the 3rd picture is the pic that i took at the store. they were selling it for like $20! i am talking to the LCN camp right now and i'll let you guys know what becomes of it...
