I AM 8-BIT

the cultural phenomenon known as the 'I AM 8-Bit' art show is getting ready for their 4th round. the art featured within the show could be explained as iconic 8-bit characters from old-school video games created by underground artists. a book by Jon M. Gibson was released under the same name which featured the artwork from the shows and would be an excellent book to add to your collection. a personal acquaintance of mine - Craola - was involved with one of the shows early on in it's inception (3rd picture). this is such a cool concept and also a very unique and fresh idea. there is no information on where the show is going to be held but it is said to be 3-times bigger than the previous years. keep your eyes peeled for more info.
