a Japanese shoe company - Onitsuka tiger has released vending machines that sell their brand of shoes. the only vending machine that is in operation is on Carnaby Street in London. i've never been a fan of the shoes just because they are basically a Japanese version of Asics but i think this is a rad marketing idea. seems like something BAPE should have/would have done but looks like they've been beaten to the punch.
