here is a recently submitted patent for a new Blackberry. apparently RIM (Research In Motion), which is Blackberry's manufacturer, is trying to jump onto the "slider" bandwagon with the QWERTY "hide-away" keyboard. looks like they are also trying to jump onto the "touch-screen" game too. the design features a trackball which is a trademark for RIM since the Pearl.
i think the fucker is ugly as shit and it looks like the HTC "Tilt" - 8925 which happened to be a good phone but was also extremely ugly.
this is my old Blackberry 8700 which happens to be my favorite phone ever. i loved them so much that i had 2. i don't have either of them anymore b/c i gave them to Matt @ Rogue Status. when my next check rolls in, i am going to buy one. i am going to take it to Colorware and have them physically paint the body black. maybe i can get Rogue to give me clearance on the "gun-show" graphic. check out www.colorwarepc.com to find out more.
