a couple months back i did some co-op/recon work for REBEL8 Clothing. i notified them that there was a company called "Mob Incorporated/Mob Inc." that was ripping off one of my favorite Mike Giant graphics. not only was this store selling the shirts online but also had them for sale inside their retail stores. i know that the shirt was taken off of the website but recently i noticed that it was put back up again. if you look @ the graphics above you can tell the similarity between the two... the first picture is the original Mike Giant graphic and the second picture is the exact picture but w/ poorly modified tattoos and a poor execution of a skull w/ a retarded looking bandana over it's mouth. i find it completely retarded that a company would do such a blatant thing as rip off such a respected and well known artist. this is a visual testament of how big of posers these "bro brands" can actually be. it's pretty fucking sad that people lucky enough to own their own brands can't come up w/ their own ideas. i have been keeping a log of brands that i support and some that i personally know that have had their ideas and graphics ripped off. when i have time, i will post them.
