SKATEBOOK

legendary skateboarder Salman Agah recently got together with Mike Ballard to create a book entitled 'Skatebook'. the book is 300 pages full of photos, write-ups, quotes, and lots of commentary. there are 2 versions of the book - one with John Cardiel on the cover and one with Lance Mountain coming in August. there purposely wasn't a huge distribution deal made for this book to keep it sort of underground to keep the integrity of the influence behind the book. rather than a big distribution deal - companies such as LRG, Nike, The Berrics, New Era, Vans, and many more have contributed to make this book as big and as nice as it is. so basically, this book can only be purchased at mom and pop skateshops - the way it should be.

it's been a long time since i have skated but just looking at pictures of this book brings back memories. skateboarding influences/influenced everything that i enjoy doing so this book is an important part of that. the last picture in this preview was such an epic thing way back when John Cardiel nailed that huge ass rail in New York. i remember that.
