aw shit! some of you might be too young for this. i've been waiting and anticipating the release of this game since the Wii first dropped. you are as old as me, if not older, if you recognize that song playing in the background. i am not a huge video gamer but when it comes to video games from my childhood or the Wii in general, watch out.

this is one of my all time favorite games every and i still have the original version downloaded on my Wii. even the Super Nintendo version, 'Super Mike Tyson's Punch Out' was pretty good and i'd also like to see that available for download on the Wii. i was even told that King Hippo even makes an appearance! i don't have a release date or any other info. if Nintendo were smart (which they are), they'd make sure to release Excite Bike and all of the other classic games! yay!

THE BLACKBERRY STORM - RELEASED TODAY

so i have been hearing a lot about the BlackBerry Storm and how it released today. i keep hearing about how 'it is soooo much better than an iPhone.' well fuck, of course it is, the iPhone sucked/sucks. that's like saying: 'a Rolls Royce is soooo much better than a Pinto.' RIM, BlackBerry's manufacturer straight marketed this thing to take a shit on the iPhone and Verizon announced in a press release that they are faithful that the Storm will pull customers away from AT&T. basically, everything that the iPhone lacked is a feature on the Storm. this thing literally does everything the iPhone does and more, even iTunes on it. so, if you are unfortunate enough to have Verizon, go get this one, but if you have AT&T, go get the Bold. too bad the Storm looks so similar to an iPhone.

go ahead, jump on the BlackBerry bandwagon. you know you want to.

BLACKBERRY BOLD CONFIRMED RELEASE FOR 11.04.2008

ok, so this will make for approximately my 1,000th post in regards to the BlackBerry release date. a week back i posted a rumor that October 27th would be the release date of the Bold, well, AT&T has confirmed that the Bold will release on November 4th. there you have it. just a few more weeks!

NEW YORK (AP) - AT&T Inc. says that the new flagship BlackBerry model that was initially expected this summer, the Bold 9000, will go on sale Nov. 4.

Ralph de la Vega, head of AT&T's consumer business, supplied the launch date on the company's third-quarter earnings conference call Wednesday.

When BlackBerry manufacturer Research in Motion Ltd. revealed the model in May, it said it would go on sale this summer. The Bold 9000 did launch in some overseas markets, but not in the U.S. The apparent delay hurt RIM shares over the summer.

Early in October, RIM co-CEO Mike Lazaridis that the Bold was still being tested by AT&T, and implied that the carrier was being extra careful after widely publicized problems with Apple Inc.'s latest iPhone.

BLACKBERRY BOLD - OCTOBER 27TH RELEASE DATE?

i just received notice that the BLACKBERRY BOLD is most likely going to release on October 27th. this is going to be one of the best phones of the year and is going to make up for all of you disappointed iPhone users - seriously, this phone takes off where the iPhone left off. i highly recommend this phone.
